Shipping

Returns

Domestic Shipping

All in-stock products will generally ship within 2-3 business days. If for some reason I'm unable to ship things within that time frame, I will notify you asap and put a visible notice on the website.

Shipping prices are based on the USPS Ground Advantage shipping weights. If you need something faster than USPS Ground Advantage, please contact me before you order.

 

 

International Shipping 

 

At this time I am unable to offer shipping outside of the United States.

Custom Work

Damaged or Incorrect Items  

 

In the event the item you receive is not what you ordered, or if it arrives damaged, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so we can work out a solution. I will issue a replacement if the situation warrants and if I am able to do so (I may not always be able to reorder the same hardware or materials the item was made with).

 

 

Exchanges  

 

I do my best to take product photos that accurately reflect size, color, etc. and to write accurate, detailed descriptions. I understand that despite this, sometimes the item you receive isn't as expected. If this is the case, please contact me within 14 days of delivery so we can work out a solution.

Received one of my handcrafted items as a gift, but it's not quite what you want?

Please contact me within 30 days of receiving your gifted item so we can work out a solution.

Do you do custom orders?

At this time I do not take orders for custom work.
